This International Yoga Day (June 21), plant-based meal delivery service, Soulara, has crafted a custom yoga flow that supports digestion and boosts metabolism for when you need to beat that bloat. Partnering with renowned yogi and fellow lover of vege, Kate Kendall for an Instagram-takeover and step by step flow guide, followers can tune in on June 21st to learn this ultra-calming practice that helps to align your mind, body, and soul.   • Intro: A brief description on what Prana is (our life force and energy source), and how we are cultivating it during this particular practice.
  • Warming phase: Includes simple movement and breath flow.
  • Flow phase: Where we look to build a little heat and intensify our energy via a simple flow - each movement paired with a part of the breath.
  • Restoration: Move back down into some restorative hip openers.
  • Guided Pause: Finishing off with stillness and refocuses on breath to round out our practice.
