If you’re looking for a fitness class that feels less like a workout and more like a soul-reviving experience, then this is for you! Beach Budhi is bringing the powerful practice of Nia Dance Fitness to Sydney’s Northern Beaches, and it might just be the most joyful movement class you’ve ever tried.

So, what’s Nia?

Think dance meets yoga meets martial arts, all set to uplifting music that makes your body want to move. Nia is a holistic movement practice that blends cardio, strength, flexibility, and mindfulness into one expressive and energising class. The best part? No dance experience is required - just a willingness to show up, tune in, and move how your body wants to move!

Each class offers a full-body cardiovascular workout without the burnout, tools for emotional release and mental clarity, space to express yourself creatively and move with purpose and a welcoming, all-levels environment that celebrates your uniqueness.

You’ll find Nia with Beach Budhi at three stunning Sydney locations:

  • Wednesdays – 10am & 6pm | Dee Why Surf Life Saving Club
  • Thursdays – 6pm | WLC Community Hall, Artarmon
  • Fridays – 11:30am | Narrabeen Lakeview Hall at the Tramshed
