After lighting up Sydney last year with So Hot Right Now 2025, the team behind the event is back, and this time, they’re going bigger, broader and more holistic.

Hotter and Healthier 2026 has officially been announced, evolving beyond menopause to explore the full spectrum of women’s health, from prevention and longevity to mental health, sexual wellbeing and ageing well. The result? A one-day, feel-good women’s wellness immersion designed to educate, empower and genuinely inspire.

Taking place on 6 February 2026 at The Cove, Manly Pavilion, the event brings together expert voices, hands-on health tools, movement, conversation, indulgence and community in one beautifully curated experience. The day also proudly supports the National Breast Cancer Foundation.

The experience kicks off from 11:00am with a guided breathwork session, led by surfing icon Layne Beachley AO alongside breathwork facilitator Tess Brouwer. This opening session is designed to ground the day, calm the nervous system and set the tone for deeper learning and connection.

From there, guests are invited to explore an expo-style wellness experience, featuring on-site bone density scans, pelvic floor technology, bowel, breast and cervical screening tools, as well as innovative wellness products and demonstrations. It’s a rare opportunity to access practical health insights in a relaxed, supportive and stigma-free environment.

Throughout the day, a series of expert panels and conversations will be hosted by Edwina Bartholomew, bringing together some of the most respected voices in women’s health, fitness and wellbeing including:

  • Dr Louise Newson (remote)
  • Dr Ceri Cashell
  • Dr Sarah Farrell
  • Leanne Mulheron
  • Michelle Bridges, sharing insights on fitness and nutrition
  • Kate Thomas, discussing supplements
  • Shelly Horton (remote) speaking on menopause in the workplace
  • George Whelan and Heather Foord, exploring pelvic health and sexual wellbeing

The conversations are designed to be practical, evidence-based and refreshingly honest, giving women real tools they can take into everyday life.

The day balances education with indulgence and celebration, including Chandon on arrival, roaming canapés and a generous buffet lunch, premium beverages throughout the day, live music by B.side and DJs bringing the energy as the afternoon unfolds by the sea.
