A new multi-functional fitness device has landed to help you uplevel and streamline your workouts. The new sleek and innovative 5 in one SBELL combines the functionality of a dumbbell, kettlebell, ybell and medicine ball, but also offers deficit movements that these other pieces of equipment can’t.
 
The ergonomic weight device is coated in neoprene for a non-slip grip comes in 4kg, 6kg, 8kg, 10kg and 12kg sizes and is made from a steel-cast frame shaped to work with your individual body without bruising it.
 
In addition, SBELL will soon be serving up an online workout subscription of programs backed by science that are a combination of cardio, core and resistance that are different each day and utilise the SBELL alongside body weight exercises.
