Focused on outcome-based programming, the new Semi-Private Reformer Pilates concept is designed to provide personalised attention and increase accountability, bridging the gap between private 1:1 coaching and traditional large group training, offering you an affordable middle ground. At just $35 per class, these sessions are a great alternative for those who are looking for something a little more accessible than more expensive personal sessions. So what can you expect at a Semi-Private Reformer Pilates class? Semi-Private sessions offer an experience similar to group training, but with one critical difference: each session is capped at 6 participants, ensuring a more intimate and supportive environment. Expect a tailored workout experience with individualised attention and specialised instruction where you can expect long-lasting results with a program tailored to your individual fitness levels and goals. With a lower trainer-to-participant ratio, you’ll get customised feedback and guidance, giving you the ability to focus on form and technique, and ensuring you get maximum results for the time you’re putting in to sculpt and tone that bod! The sessions are tailored towards outcome-based programming, with each program running for 8 weeks.
