SOMA Chifley launch 6-week restart program

Luxury gym and spa SOMA Collection Chifley located in Sydney CBD, are kicking off a 6-week restart program in March to support and guide people get back on track with their health goals.  

The program includes personal training sessions, tailored workout programs and nutritional support. There are three different programs to choose from to suit different styles and budgets, including: 

• Restart Challenge Package 1 — includes 2x 1-on-1 personal training or reformer sessions per week, written program, body scans throughout and nutritional planning support. 
• Restart Challenge Package 2 — includes 1x 1-on-1 personal training or reformer session per week, body scans throughout and nutritional planning support. 
• Restart Challenge Package 3 — support and guidance from an online senior coach, 1x PT session, body scans throughout and nutritional planning support.
