There's some exciting news for Northern Beaches wellness lovers. Surge Bath House is preparing to open just moments from the beach, bringing hot and cold therapy, a magnesium pool and beautifully designed wellness space to Sydney's Northern Beaches. For many people living around Dee Why, Collaroy, Narrabeen and Cromer, a bathhouse session has often meant jumping in the car and heading to Manly, Chatswood or beyond, but Surge is about to make those trips a whole lot shorter. Opening at 16 The Strand, the new bathhouse has been designed to feel right at home on the Northern Beaches. Warm timber, natural interiors, soft lighting and leafy greenery create a relaxed coastal atmosphere that's worlds away from the busy pace outside. Inside, you'll be able to move between a traditional Finnish sauna, infrared sauna, steam room, magnesium hot pool and cold plunges before settling into one of the relaxation spaces between circuits. The opening comes as more people embrace hot and cold therapy as part of their everyday wellbeing, with bathhouses becoming increasingly popular across Sydney. Dee Why has long been known for its beach, surf and coastal lifestyle, and Surge feels like a natural addition to that growing wellness community. The bathhouse is expected to operate from early morning through until late evening, making it easy to fit into almost any schedule. Surge Bath House is set to open soon, with more details expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
