There’s just something extra soothing about doing yoga by the water. The breeze, the views, the gentle lap of the harbour. It’s the kind of setting that invites a deeper breath and a clearer mind. And now, there’s a brand-new spot for you to soak it all in, with Sydney Harbour Yoga officially opening their third location. Adding to their stunning coastal line-up at Double Bay Wharf and Vaucluse Yacht Club, Sydney Harbour Yoga’s new Rose Bay Marina location means that more Sydneysiders can experience waterside movement alongside some of the city’s most iconic bays. Set on the edge of the marina, the new Sunday morning class at Rose Bay (running weekly from 9:45–10:15am) offers an express but soul-soothing session designed to ease you into your day with a sense of calm – not to mention a killer view. Known for transforming Sydney’s harbour into a living and breathing yoga studio, Sydney Harbour Yoga founded by yoga teacher Karin Finlayson continues to expand with its signature blend of outdoor immersion, mindful movement, and coastal calm. From sunrise flows to star-lit sessions, here’s when and where you can roll out your mat: Double Bay Wharf - Double Bay Sailing Club, 79 Bay St, Double Bay NSW 2028
