That doesn’t have to be the way you start your week, and this wellness space is bringing you an alternative way to get your mental headspace in the best possible place to set yourself up for the rest of your week. In case you missed it, Orchard St’s original bricks-and-mortar dispensary was recently transformed into The Bronte Dispensary, offering herbs, supplements and Orchard St products, along with naturopath consults and female, pregnancy and health events centred on providing education. Whether you’re a seasoned meditator, or you’re wanting to make mindfulness more of a priority in your schedule but need a helping hand getting started with a routine, they’re inviting you to head to the space at 7 – 8pm on Monday evenings to gather in community, open your heart, replenish your nervous system and calm your mind. Classes are led by Clara, a meditation teacher and life coach with a background in yoga and Ayurveda on a mission to empower you to live the life that you desire, helping you cultivate what your heart is deeply yearning for to come back to your authentic self-expression and to live to your full potential. ‘We gather to pause, deliberately use our breath to master our minds, balance our nervous system and open our hearts. A therapeutic approach to meditation that leaves you feeling more at ease, peaceful and connected to yourself and others.’ Classes are $30 drop-in and you can find The Bronte Dispensary at 137 Macpherson Street, Bronte.
