If you’re a new or expecting parent, chances are you’ve heard of Australia's premier omni-channel retail destination for parenting and baby essentials founded in 2019 by Phoebe Simmonds and Kate Casey, and now after several years of providing expert guidance and curated products to support parents through every stage of their journey, The Memo are opening two new stores in Victoria. These new locations and their current store in Armadale (pictured), signify The Memo's commitment to providing exceptional service and support to parents across the country.

The new Fitzroy boutique located at 188 Gertrude St will open this Friday (31 May) and offer a curated selection of products and expert services to simplify the baby shopping experience for Melbourne's North Side parents. The Memo's second boutique is conveniently located near the Epworth Hospital Maternity Hub and aims to become a valuable resource for new parents seeking essential baby products and support.
 
And if that wasn’t enough to get excited about, The Memo will also be unveiling its largest store yet on June 22 at Highpoint Shopping Centre, Rosamond Rd, Maribyrnong, Victoria. This expansive location will cater to parents' diverse needs, from big-ticket items to everyday essentials. Exclusive brands like Redsbaby and Portier will be available, providing parents access to high-quality products that you can’t get elsewhere.

Both boutiques will offer convenient shopping options such as curb-side collection, click & collect, 3 hour delivery and expert-led services like car seat fitting and hospital bag packing. Parents will even be able to take their exclusive prams for a test drive and create their dream Gift Registry, all in a welcoming boutique environment.

The grand opening of The Memo's Fitzroy boutique will be celebrated with a series of week-long events, including free consultations, classes, and giveaways that the public is invited to join to experience The Memo's dedication to supporting parents through every step of their parenting journey!

The opening week festivities, events and offers include:

• Friday, May 31 - Be among the first 100 customers to shop and receive a goody bag packed full of parenting perks. Plus, enjoy a complimentary Thirsty Mum Bottle with purchases over $150.
• Saturday, June 1- Indulge in a free sweet treat from Pidapipo Gelato, 12pm-4pm.
• Sunday, June 2-  Join a free Parent Pilates class with Good Times Pilates, 9am-10am (spots are limited, booking required)
• Monday, June 3- Take advantage of free 1:1 consultations with Labour and Birth Expert in Residence, Midwife Claire Andrews from Safe Hands Parenting, 10am-3pm (spots are limited, booking required)
• Tuesday, June 4- Delight your child with Baby Storytime, a baby book reading session with The Memo team, 10am-10.45am (walk in, no booking required)
• Wednesday, June 5- Receive free 1:1 consultation with a Breastfeeding Expert in Residence, IBCLC Joelleen Winduss Paye from JWP, 10am-2pm (spots are limited, booking required).
• Thursday, June 6- Attend a free evening class on Baby First Aid Basics with Rhythm First Aid, 7.00pm-8.00pm (spots are limited, booking required)
• Saturday, June 8- Meet Sophie Walker, author of Australian Birth Stories, at a book signing event, 12pm-2pm (walk in, no booking required)
