Located just outside Bowral, the newest project from Three Blue Ducks invites you to slow down and settle in for a while.

Now open at Burradoo Park Farm in the Southern Highlands founded by Annie Cannon-Brookes, Three Blue Ducks’ newest offering brings together everything the group has built its reputation on over the past 15 years including seasonal food, thoughtful sourcing and a focus on produce that’s grown, sourced and cooked with care, with minimal waste.

Set across a 600-acres, Burradoo Park Farm is built around sustainable, regenerative and organic-aligned practices. The precinct includes a flower orchard and glasshouse, market garden, a vegetable-led gelato bar where flavours are inspired by what's grown on site, and a children’s nature playground- all creating a space designed for people to spend time, explore and connect more closely with food and the land it comes from.

Education also plays a central role at Burradoo Park Farm, with guided farm tours and hands-on sustainability experiences forming part of the offering. This is further supported through a partnership with the Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Foundation, and the onsite Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden teaching children and young people how to grow, harvest and prepare fresh seasonal food while fostering a deeper understanding of wellbeing and sustainable living.

Within this broader setting, Three Blue Ducks is introducing three distinct spaces, each offering its own way to experience the farm.

First up is The Bakehouse, turning out slow-fermented sourdough, pastries and small-batch bakes each morning from 7am. Grab a coffee, and a pastry that’s been lovingly crafted to have in hand as you roam and explore the farm, or pick up a freshly baked bread loaf for home.

A short wander away is The Farmhouse, already open and easing into its rhythm as a relaxed, all-day spot for breakfast and lunch where you can also grab fresh blooms and produce for home. Picnic tables spill out onto the surrounding grounds, with wide views across the farm, and a menu shaped by what’s being harvested on-site. Inside, shelves are lined with fresh organic produce straight from Burradoo Park Farm, Ducks-made goods, and a curated selection of local products.

Still to come is Three Blue Ducks Restaurant, opening in the coming weeks. The space will offer a more intimate dining experience, with a menu driven by the harvest and a wine list focused on Australian producers.

Open seven days a week, Burradoo Park Farm offers a new way to spend time in the Southern Highlands, learn something new about regenerative farming, and enjoy some farm to table goodness while you’re at it.

Find Burradoo Park Farm at 6 Railway Road, Burradoo, NSW 2576, just 400m from Burradoo Train Station with direct services running from Sydney’s Central Station and Canberra Train Station.
