Chef and recipe writer Tom Walton has released new cookbook ‘More Fish, More Veg’, packed with simple, healthy vegetable and fish centric recipes.
The cookbook has been created with recipes that are easy to follow featuring seasonal produce and methods of cooking fish to enable people to feel more comfortable cooking seafood at home. Over 50% of the recipes are plant-based or can be easily adapted to vegetarian and vegan.
