Your taste buds are about to be rocked at the newest plant-based diner to open in Darlinghurst

Opening
14 February 2023
https://www.flave.com/

Get ready to eat like Beyonce and Rihanna, because plant-based restaurant Flave founded by power-duo Stuart and Samantha Cook, has opened the doors to their second location in Darlinghurst to serve up its healthy mouth-watering, mind-blowing plant-based eats created by former chef to A-list celebs.

On a mission to showcase how good plant-based food can be to help people embrace more of a plant-based lifestyle and support the health of the planet while they’re at it, Flave’s menu has been formulated by Executive Chef Scott Findlay, who trained under the guidance of Gordon Ramsay and former private chef to multiple celebrities including Paul McCartney, Pink, Madonna, and Beyonce. Scott has been perfecting plant-based flavours for over a decade which have been injected into Flave’s menu creation of insta-worthy tasty burgers, bowls, juices, desserts and most recently thick-shakes to ‘set your taste buds alight on a whole new level’.

To celebrate the opening, Flave will be slinging $5 Classic Burgers all day on Saturday 18th February from 11am - 5pm and the first 100 guests through the door will score their OG Classic Flave free. From the 18th February you can also get your hands on the freshest thick shake to join Flave’s menu- the ‘Love Shake, Baby Love Shake’ bubble gum inspired strawberry thick-shake that features all the colours of the rainbow for Pride Month.

Not only can you soak up the hip vibes and chow down on some drool-worthy plant-based goodness in Flave’s new Darlinghurst digs, but you can also grab a ticket to a cooking masterclass with the mastermind behind Flave’s menu to learn how to whip up some seriously tasty vegan dishes especially developed for A-list celebs. With two time slots available on Tuesday February 28 at 6:30pm and Saturday March 11 at 4:00pm, over two hours Exec Chef Scott Findlay will spill his secret recipe for Sir Paul McCartney's favourite 'meatballs' before you get to create another secret dish he once created for another celeb! Your ticket also includes two cocktails of choice so you can get into the groove while you’re elevating your cooking skills and bringing some flavour packed healthy plant-based dishes to life that you can recreate at home.

Can’t make one of the masterclasses? To close out World Pride Sydney 2023, Flave’s sharing the love and throwing open their doors for a launch party celebration on Thursday 9 March at 6.30pm. Experience 7 of Flave's most mouth-watering canapes while you unwind to DJ beats at their new restaurant at 70 Stanley St. Darlinghurst. Tickets are $40 and include a beer or wine on arrival with additional food and drinks available for purchase.
