Wanderlust True North is back- this time with East Forest and global wellness leaders

Since 2009, Wanderlust has been lighting up lives with events designed to expand your wellness journey through the collective energy of music, movement, conversation and inspiration. Each experience is carefully curated with global thought leaders, musicians and teachers to help you connect more deeply and walk your path to True North.
 
Continuing their mission to bring transformative experiences to wellness communities across Australia, Wanderlust has just announced the next instalment of True North.
 
This October and November, internationally celebrated musician East Forest is leading the line-up with his one-of-a-kind live concert. Since 2008, East Forest (the solo project of Krishna-Trevor Oswalt) has pioneered electro-acoustic music for deep introspection, blending ambient, neoclassical and avant-pop sounds into immersive soundscapes. With more than 30 albums, including a 2019 collaboration with spiritual pioneer Ram Dass, his work is often described as a bridge between science and spirituality.
 
The event will offer more than music, as a multi-sensory evening that blends connection, wellness and impact.
 
You’ll experience:
 

• Connection: A grounding Loco Love cacao ceremony and breathwork led by Schuyler Grant, co-creator of Wanderlust Festival and world-renowned yogi.
• Impact: A live Q&A with Jeff Krasno, Commune Media founder and social impact leader, exploring insights from his latest work Good Stress.
• Wellness: A conversation with Kayla Barnes, female longevity expert, on optimising the body and next-gen health strategies.
• Live Music: A 90-minute sound healing concert with East Forest, taking audiences on a transformative journey of sound and self-discovery.

 
Catch the experience on the Gold Coast (25 October as part of the Wellspring BioHack Summit), Melbourne (30 October at The Timberyard), and Sydney (2 November at The Enmore).
 
Whilst Schuyler, Jeff and Kayla will not be part of the Gold Coast show, attendees can enter the Wanderlust Wellspring festival grounds from 5pm to soak up the atmosphere before East Forest takes the stage.
