Tired of surface-level wellness and hungry for something more real? Curious about nervous system health, embodiment or simply wanting to feel more at home within yourself?

At a time when so many women are craving regulation over hustle and truth over performance, a new podcast is creating space for something slow and embodied.

The We Are Woman Podcast is a living, breathing conversation between Bec Sharp, Melissa Moss and Sara de Clercq, three women bringing decades of experience in nervous system–informed practice, psycho-somatic healing and embodied leadership.

At its core, We Are Woman explores what it means to breathe fully, feel deeply and live embodied in a world that often asks women to disconnect from their bodies to survive. Each episode moves gently yet honestly through themes of womanhood, identity, intimacy, power, creativity, leadership and nervous system regulation, always grounded in lived experience rather than theory alone.

The conversations are raw without being performative, expansive without being overwhelming, and deeply relational. This is a space where complexity is welcome, emotion is honoured and the feminine body is recognised as a source of wisdom.

Across Season One, listeners are invited into topics such as authenticity and belonging, feminine leadership, the wisdom of the female nervous system, burnout, rebirth, embodiment and the courage it takes to begin again. Regardless of whether you’re in a season of growth, unravelling, or quiet integration this podcast will meet you exactly where you are.

Each host brings a distinct yet complementary lens to the conversation.

Sara de Clercq is a Master NLP Practitioner, Integral Semantic Facilitator and creative artist whose work meets the subtle layers of trauma, identity and self-expression. Her approach guides women back into creative power, emotional intelligence and embodied truth, with creativity and radiance viewed not as luxuries, but birthrights.

Melissa Moss weaves her background in physiotherapy and psychology with her work as an FBR Breathwork Practitioner. Known for her grounded and nurturing presence, she brings steadiness, regulation and deep care to conversations around healing, bridging structure with soul in a way that feels both safe and expansive.

Bec Sharp is a Clinical Psychotherapist with a deep reverence for the human psyche. Her work centres emotional safety, gentle truth-telling and compassionate inquiry, offering women a place to meet themselves honestly without judgement.

Together, they create a dynamic that feels like an intimate, evolving dialogue, and one that mirrors the way women actually heal: in connection.

Ready to come home to yourself? Season One is now live, with twelve episodes available to explore here.
