Join us for a fun and playful workshop as we dive into the world of handstands and other inversions such as headstands, forearm stands and acro yoga inversions. You'll be surprised with what your body can achieve with some practise and techniques, done in a safe and supportive environment!

BEGINNERS TO INTERMEDIATE LEVELS
 
No experience necessary
 
This is for you if you:
 

  • Want to learn handstands and other inversions such as headstand, forearm stand and acro inversions.
  • Feel that you are making progress with your inversions, but they are SLOW because you lack consistency.
  • Want to build more strength and flexibility for your inversions.
  • Feel you are ready to take the next step in your inversions, start playing with different variations and entries.
  • Want to meet new people, have fun while learning some cool new skills and bringing out your inner child.
 
No matter if you’re a complete beginner or have been practising inversions for some time, these classes will sure give you some great new skills, so much laughter and new friends!
 
 DETAILS
 
  •  When: Saturday 28 May 10 - 11.30 am
  •  Where: Arthur Byrne Reserve, located at the beautiful Maroubra Beach (perfect for popping down to the beach for a coffee afterwards 😉 )
  •  How much: $35 per person
 
 FOR BOTH BEGINNERS & INTERMEDIATE LEVELS
 
These classes are developed so that it is suitable for both beginners and intermediate practitioners as we will be giving variations of the exercises for where you are and what your goals are, to ensure your are always challenged yet are also having lots of fun!
 
 WHAT TO BRING
 
Please bring your own yoga mat, a bottle of water and wear activewear or clothing that allows you to move.
