Explore a wide range of poses, variations and transitions, as well as helpful stretches and recovering poses so you can build a sustainable and healthy practice. Whether you have no experience or already have an arm balances & inversions practice, this course is open to students who wish to build more confidence and learn techniques to kick start or take one step further in their inversions and arm balances journey.
