This retreat is a unique opportunity to step into a powerful & safe container that will allow you to release layers of conditioning, dissolve some blocked emotions and energies and truly come home to yourself so you can feel at peace and whole again. A transformative program including Breathwork, Yoga, Meditation, Song Circle & Journalling.
Go inward, release stagnant beliefs and ways of being, and reconnect with what makes you feel alive.

Breathwork is a transformative practice that uses intentional breathing techniques to access deep states of healing, clarity, and self-awareness.
Through conscious, connected energy breathing we’ll open the subconscious gateways and gain insights which we may not have access to in our everyday lives.

Program Overview
Everything on the program is optional. You’re welcome to do as much or as little as you like. All activities and vegetarian meals take place at our Blue Mountains Retreat Centre.
Arrival Day 1
  • 4:00pm
  •  Check-in and settle in to your room.
  • Arrive at 4pm to settle in, make a cup of tea and get ready for your yin practice in the ‘secret’ yoga space.
  • 4:45pm-5:45pm
  •  Yin Yoga
  • 6:30pm
  •  Final Check-in
  • If you’re traveling from afar, or running a little late, please arrive by 6:30pm so you are settled in for our 6:45pm dinner delight.
  • 6:45pm – 7:45pm
  •  Dinner
  • 8.15 – 9:00pm
  •  Opening Circle & Meditation
  • 10:00pm until breakfast
  •  Whisper time
 
Day 2
  • 7:00am – 8:00am
  •  Vinyasa Flow Morning
  • 8:15am – 8:45am
  •  Morning Meditation & Pranayama
  • 9:00am – 9:45am
  •  Breakfast
  • 9:45am
  •  Free time to explore, meditate, relax or swim.
  • 10:30am – 12:00pm
  •  Workshop: The Power of the Breath
  • Explore breathwork as a practice for your overall wellbeing.
