Come join Bess for a FULL MOON 🌙 LUNA CEREMONY - RELEASE - BREATHWORK JOURNEY ✨ for an evening of Empowerment, Expansion & Transformation.
Drawing on this grounding energy from the Taurus Super Full Moon. How can we create stability and security, first and foremost within ourselves?
Keeping grounded amidst the changes that are taking place both internally and externally during this Scorpio Season.
We will drop into our hearts with a Welcome Circle, then setting intentions through a nourishing Cacao Ceremony.
The combination of Cacao Ceremony and Sound is full of healing vibrations and frequency that will deepen your experience of setting intentions, to make space for the new and to lovingly welcome in all manifestations.
We will surrender to a heart healing Rebirthing Breathwork journey to open ourselves up to new possibilities by breathing consciously.
On the physical level, deep diaphragmatic breathing allows oxygen to reach our cells and organs, increasing our energy and helping to detoxify and cleanse our bodies.
On the mental-emotional level, it helps reduce stress and promote feelings of calm and peace.
On the spiritual level, full, conscious connected breathing can help us connect with our higher selves and tap into our innate wisdom.
Sound Healing will guide us into deep relaxation and soften the heart to listen to what you are truly longing for at this moment in time. The vibrations will open up space help see something new about yourself, your life, and your path. Crystal singing bowls, soothing vocals, shamanic drums, wind chimes, vocals, will guide you into a space of deep healing.
Gathering together is so needed for the community and healing the collective.
