Neerja Ahuja, with an Adv. Dip. in Ayu., a certified yoga teacher and yoga therapist, and diploma in human values, is a renowned expert in Ayurveda and yoga. With over 25 years of experience, she is the Principal Consultant at Ayurveda Awareness Centre (AAC) and the founder of the first Ayurveda Registered Training Organization in Western Australia, offering qualifications up to Adv. Diploma.
Neerja conducts workshops, seminars, and courses in Ayurveda and provides consultations and Ayurvedic detoxification and de-stressing treatments. Her online courses have been taken up by students from 135 countries worldwide.
