The Pound Workout The Pound Workout is a unique fitness workout that combines drumming with high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to provide a full-body workout. It consists of participants using specially designed, lightweight drumsticks called ‘Ripstix’ to perform various movements and exercises that simulate drumming. The workout combines bursts of high-intensity drumming with periods of lower-intensity recovery or active rest. This HIIT approach helps maximize calorie burn and improve cardiovascular fitness. It’s also a hell of a lot of fun! RBB / HIIT to The Beat RRB is the ultimate workout for those who like a combo of short, sharp interval training blended into lower impact sets that allow your body a chance to recover. Not only will you get a killer workout, but RBB has the experience in mind. This workout is choreographed to the beat of your favourite music, helping your body work harder without you even realising it. It’s extremely fun, motivating and will be over before you know it. Zumba Yes, the Brazilian dance workout has been around for some time now but has recently made a comeback in popularity with its new routines and exciting new range of Latino dance music to workout to. One of the more underrating elements of this workout is the wonderful community that surrounds this energetic workout. From the personable instructors to the other participants, everyone just seems to have a good time at Zumba. Making it such a fun and engaging workout. Jungle Body Similar to Zumba, Jungle Body is a workout that revolves around high-energy dance movements however, the style and movements differ. Where Zumba is inspired by Latino music and culture Jungle Body mainly bases their workouts on Hip-Hop and African music. Both, will bring loads of fun to your training routine and both are available in person and on-demand! Fluid X Workout Fluid X Workout is a workout class is a blend different workout styles that create a comprehensive and dynamic training experience. It combines strength, cardio and flexibility training within its workout and focuses on ‘fluid’ transitions between different exercises to maintain its high energy and minimise the risk of injury. Although fairly new and not all gyms will offer this type of workout, it's one to keep an eye out for. Especially for those who might be rehabilitating from an injury.
