If you’ve never experienced a sauna session by the sea, prepare to add something seriously special to your wellness ritual list.

The Sauna Project Sydney is giving one lucky winner (and a plus one) a 6-pack of outdoor Finnish sauna sessions to enjoy overlooking one of the most picturesque corners of the Harbour.
 
Their signature setup at the Vaucluse Beach Paddock is unlike anything else in Sydney. The experience offers a cozy, wood-fired Finnish sauna overlooking sparkling water, fresh ocean air filling your lungs, and the option to dip in the Harbour pre- or post-session. It’s grounding, revitalising, deeply calming, and one of Sydney’s most magical ways to unwind whilst being immersed in nature.
 
Each 60-minute session is infused with essential oils, designed to help you melt stress, boost circulation, release tension and fully reset. Bring a friend, breathe deeply, sweat it out, and then step straight into the ocean or stretch out on the grass for a slow, sun-soaked cooldown.
 
To prepare for the new year, The Sauna Project is gathering feedback on the days and times that work best for the community (as they adjust their schedule seasonally), and as a thank-you, they’re giving away this dreamy 6-pack.
