Work, family commitments, life, anxiety & depression. It’s time to turn this around. Mongrels Men is a community based charity on a mission to improve the physical and mental health of men through sports, fitness, exercise, connection and community across Australia. In addition to these weekly meet-ups we also run other social events including Thursday night social soccer and an annual charity golf day.
