Body FX presents a special morning of self care and relaxation to celebrate all mum's for Mother's Day. The morning will start with a 45min stretch class run by Physiozest's Women's Heath Physio. Guests will also have to opportuity to recieve a short massage treatment to relax and release the muscles in the area most in need. This will then be followed by light refreshments and our guest speaker Sarah Barnes (Sarah Barnes Brow and Make-Up Artist), will be chatting about brows, identifying tones, colours and techniques to best suit your skin and features. Feel free to bring in any of your make up products for guidance from Sarah on how to maximise your own tool kit. Sarah will also have some samples for you to play around with on the day. There will also be a Q&A with Sarah for you to ask any questions or demonstrations on a particular product or techquique. There will be give away prizes and vouchers as well as a take home pack for each amazing mumma!
