As the RTO Trainer / assessor at The Clean Health Fitness Institute, you'll be supporting our students through the Certificate III / IV in Fitness and Diploma of Fitness learning journeys whilst playing an integral role within our established RTO and education team. You will also be responsible for managing our virtual First Aid content, training and assessment for students.
 
Our Head Office is Sydney based, but as an innovative and online brand serving a global student audience we now operate a 100% remote working team, also with a global presence.
 
This role will work alongside our Head of Education, IP creators, and student support to ensure a flawless student experience and learning journey for each and every student.
 
Our ideal candidate will have:
 

• TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
• Certificate III & IV in Fitness
• Diploma of Fitness
• HLTAIDAID014 Provide advanced first aid (or willingness to acquire upon starting)
• Minimum experience of 1 year in a similar role
• Experience in online learning, training and assessing
• Degree in exercise science or equivalent desired
• Positive, “can-do” attitude
• Passionate Team player
• Effective and clear communication in all formats
• Excellent time and priority management skills,
