• You must have a passion for people and fitness and a strong leadership back ground in the industry with a proven track record of outstanding results. 
• You must be eager to excel and exceed expectations and collaborate with senior management on maximising potential and profitability. 
• You must have had multi site management experience and be a master of time management.

Key Responsibilities
 

• Recruitment and development of Franchise Personal Trainers
• Recruitment, training & development of PTM's & GFM's in each club
• Strategy to drive Fitness revenue lines
• Group Fitness product development & delivery
• Managing budgets, collating data for analysis and preparing relevant reports
• Strengthen industry partnerships with RTO partners & Les Mills
• Improve over all member experience through Fitness products, community events, promotions etc
• Analysis of results and strategy development to implement new initiatives and increase overall business performance
• Support and foster core values and culture
