You will be an important part of the framework that will help us achieve this mission.
 
About The Role
 
All the leads will be given to you, these leads will already be booked in for a call and are already pre-qualified.
 
It's a SALES role.
 
Your role will be to call these ladies and walk them through the discovery call and ultimately to a decision on whether they want to work with us towards their health goals or not.
 
Simple.
 
Who The Role Is For?
 
It's not for you if:
 

• you're faint hearted and get discouraged easily
• don't like a challenge
• don't like the 'pressure of sales'
• don't like working with KPI's and targets
• don't like commissions and want a ‘regular’ income
• don't take feedback well on your sales calls

To Succeed In This Role, You Must Have:
 

• a 'can do' attitude
• an unbreakable mindset that is willing to learn and have a go
• high levels of self discipline and be self driven and self motivated
• a love for sales and the heart of a ‘closer’
• a 'winner' attitude
• a sound ability to operate with computers and softwares to function at a high level in this role.
• basic knowledge and understanding about fitness and health related topics to help the mums make a decision about their health.
• a willingness to 'serve' and help these ladies take action
• most importantly you must be passionate about seeing people improve their life

• You will be given a phone and all you need to operate at the highest level including ongoing sales training and personal development.

 
Skills and experience
 

• Phone sales background.
• Strong communication skills are very important as you will be selling via the phone.
• You will also need to enjoy working in a team environment and be a strong team player.
