About the role The role will consist of working alongside our current Miranda Gym Manager to learn the role and run an upcoming Gym in Panania. We are searching for a Manager/Coach who will not only bring energy to the room but also be able to work alongside different personality types to get the most out of the team. This individual will need to be able to confidently correct or alter training sessions for clients as well as delegate and assign tasks for other coaches to complete. Personal Training hours are always offered with the potential for the right candidate to work towards being the BCPT Head Coach. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of different training styles, client capabilities and injury prevention. At BCHP our coaches play a huge role in building and maintaining our incredible community. Your role will also entail creating relationships with clients and ensuring all of our members are getting the most out of our facility and their training. We provide weekly mentoring, team building sessions and 1:1 training with our Manager/Owner to ensure that our team is always developing and progressing in the industry. Your role will include handling all sales and on boarding new clientele. We offer a 7 day trial and you will be nurturing all new clients through this process and looking after the signup post trial.
