Healthful Steps is a 4 week online wellness course designed to support those who frequently find themselves feeling stressed, overwhelmed or simply not thriving. The course includes weekly webinars, daily meditations, weekly journals/workbooks, a 30 minute 1:1 coaching session, free subscription to the Healthy Luxe app for the duration of the course, and lots more.
The course content covers nutrition fundementals, the mind-body connection, cultivating positive / sustainable change, power of the mind, as well as an introduction to nervous system regulation.
