Dr Lisa Gadd is the founder of the Living Health Group where she heads up a team of seven clinicians who work closely with elite AFL teams and Ironman athletes. She is also a business leader who presents key notes on overcoming adversity and finding purpose. Dr Lisa suffered a stroke at the age of 24 so she can understand the implications of what it's like to lose bodily functions, deal with the emotional loss of poor health and understand the resilience required to rebuild the mind, body and spirit post trauma. She spent 3 months in hospital full time, and a further 6-months in and out of hospital before she was able to rebuild herself, so she has a new level of empathy for the clients who she works with as a health practitioner and coach. The Living Health Group was founded by Lisa Gadd in 2014. Not only is their clinic a hot spot for athletes, but Dr Lisa and several of her clinicians also travel out to help the sporting clubs keep their players in tip top form as well. They have plenty of experience treating injuries and relieving body aches and pains using methods ranging from remedial massage to dry needling, manipulation, muscle release techniques, strengthening exercises and more. This wide range of techniques enables us to individualise treatment, helping relieve back pain, neck pain, knee or ankle pain and many other injuries.
