We are looking for a motivating female fitness instructor to join our team in our boutique women's fitness studio. The right person will be passionate about fitness and helping ladies of all ages and fitness levels reach their goals, whilst building a good rapport and having fun along the way. Experience running fun and versatile group training classes is required, however extra training could be provided if you are new to the fitness industry.
 
Role Responsibilities:
 

• Conduct small group exercises classes
• Encourage and motivate members in the studio and help to correct exercise technique
• Build a strong rapport with clients
• Sign up new memberships & follow up new leads
• keep the studio clean and tidy.

• Cert III + current first Aid certificate required
• confidently work on their own & in a team environment
• A great people person and passionate about helping women achieve their fitness goals
• Reliable, honest, and have a positive and professional attitude.
