We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our small but growing team here in Sydney who has a passion for all things marketing and can play a crucial role in our future expansion.
 
Job Responsibilities:
 

  • Oversee and grow the marketing department, consistently identifying revenue opportunities.
  • Be responsible for the Company’s core marketing functions such as product marketing, digital and social media marketing, brand awareness and events.
  • Create national recognition of company and product branding through strategic marketing, effective brand management and good old-fashioned hard work.
  • Work closely with local management, regional and USA Head Office in developing and executing marketing strategies, innovations, promotions, incentives, activities that grow the Company’s sales, expand our segmented data-bases, strengthen distributor and customer retention across Australia & New Zealand.
  • Organise public outreach (online and off-line) activities and Ibo meetings in collaboration with the Business Development team to promote the company’s products and business opportunity.
  • Lead, mentor and develop our Marketing & Business Service Co-ordinator
Job Duties:
 
  • Develop and maintain an annual marketing plan to map out and implement strategies, new product launches, promotions, program activities to generate brand awareness, grow the respective data-bases (Ibo, Preferred Customer and Retail Customer) and increase overall revenue.
  • Develop, execute and track key performance metrics of various marketing campaigns- product launches, promotions, social media, segmented marketing and events in order to translate results into actionable insights.
  • Lead the development of the Company’s online and offline communications (e.g., social media placement, EDMs, blogs, website content, printed marketing & sales literature materials) and generate local content creation for these various online and offline communications.
  • Ensure all marketing materials and communication are in alignment with the Company’s brand guidelines and have the ability to work with a regional marketing team based overseas to share best market practises.
  • Manage, research and analyse customer & distributor purchase patterns then translate these findings into future promotional activities.
  • Support the Sales & Operations Manager in analysing the viability and prepare necessary documentation to introduce new products into the market.
  • Develop targeted marketing and sales materials to communicate promotions, programmes, events, product information and our business opportunity to provide current Ibos with effective tools to share with current and potential customers/Ibos.
 
 
 
Ideal Job Qualification Requirements:
 
We are looking for a candidate who meets the following requirements:
 
  • Enjoy working in fast paced small team environment and be passionate about marketing
  • Be a team player with high attention to detail and have the ability to converse with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 4 plus years of Marketing experience.
  • Successful track record in previous marketing roles with an alignment to nutrition and wellness brands is desired.
  • Corporate Direct Selling or Franchising or Direct to Consumer industry experience is highly preferred
  • Proven digital marketing experience with advanced skills in social media engagement, building online traffic and driving conversion to achieve financial targets.
  • Knowledge in segmented marketing to different customer bases.
  • Exceptional skills in content creation and copy writing across all online and off line communication channels.
  • Hands-on creative design skills (photoshop, adobe in-design skills).
  • Strong planning and organisational skills with a positive “can do” attitude.
  • Thorough, meticulous and has a keen eye for detail.
  • Fluent and highly proficient in English.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability in time management, planning, and able to meet tight project deadlines as required.
With this role we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, take control of the local marketing of the Australian business, and work with both local management, regional and USA Head office teams to contribute positively to the Sunrider Australian Business.
