About The Role + Key Responsibilities

Currently operating in a major production kitchen, we’re looking for a dynamic, energetic and positive Food Safety & QA Specialist to complement the team and validating our dedication to quality, consistency, nutrition and taste.

You will:

• Maintain HAACP certification and Implement and manage the SQF system from end to end
• Control the due diligence protocols and documentation procedures
• Train and drive the team culture into the next growth phase of the business
• Communicate with marketing, development and production teams as well as internal and external stakeholders and governing bodies

• Experience in implementation and management of Food Safety and dedicated to process improvement
• Previous experience with similar product base and large retail chain customers and their required regulations
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with suppliers, staff and customers on all levels
• Hold a degree in Food Science / Food Technology / Microbiology
• Be passionate about nutrition, health and embody the Fast Fuel culture
