Are you a driven, customer orientated 'sales guru' in the science space, seeking a new challenge? Or are you looking to move into Business Development while still using your science knowledge?
 
Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, you will be an integral part of a driven team in leading company growth. You will apply your scientific background and business expertise to generate new and sustainable business across our service areas of Microbiology, Chemistry testing and via our 'Expert Services' suite of consultancy solutions including auditing and bespoke testing.
 
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
 

• Profitably grow business sales and revenue goals across all service offerings
• Increase our client base within the region
• Service a portfolio of existing client accounts to a high standard and implement value add opportunities
• Deliver post sales technical support to clients
• Closely work with the Credit Management team to ensure profitable service pricing

What you'll need to succeed:
 

• Minimum 3 years of experience in key account management and field sales roles (essential)
• Ideally some relevant experience in a scientific or food industry Technical role (desirable)
• Demonstrated track record of managing and achieving sales targets
• Strong technical and analytical aptitude
• Excellent relationship building and customer service skills
• Have the right to live and work in Australia
