In just a few short years Evolt has become a global player already selling to over 40 countries. Our team is growing fast, and we now have an exciting newly created opportunity to join our team as a Paid Ads Specialist in Burleigh Heads.
 
The Role
 
Reporting to our Marketing Manager, our Paid Ads Specialist will be responsible for:

• Development, implementation, and optimisation of paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels and platforms, including Google Ads, Meta and other platforms.
• Utilising the CRM to implement lead nurturing activities such as EDM and paid remarketing activities to guide and monitor prospects through the funnel.
• Analysing data, executing tests and conducting market research for keywords, trends, competitors, ad platforms, and optimisation opportunities.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop campaigns.
• Providing data driven insights to optimise ad spend, and allow us to collectively refine creative, copywriting and target audiences.
• Providing regular reporting metrics for each campaign and platform, analysing performance, spend and conversion across paid efforts.
• Dashboard/reporting setup in CRM and administrative support for lead management.

About You

This is a really important role in our team, and we are looking for someone who is able to collaborate across all of our teams to drive results for Evolt. You will have the following skills and experience:

• Experience working in a digital marketing role.
• Knowledge in Google Analytics, Search Console, GA4, LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, and Hubspot.
• Demonstrated experience developing and writing ad copy that gets proven results.
• Knowledge with Wordpress and well developed SEO skills.
• High attention to detail with project management skills.
• Knowledge of HTML / CSS and/or other languages to assist in creation of eDMs, website updates, CRM automation, and marketing analytics would be a bonus.
