Mindful Morning - Watch the sunrise, Meditate & Journal whilst creating new connections and then grab a coffee & share our gratitude About this event Come along to start your weekend right, experience the feeling of pure gratitude as we decide to take time and show up for ourselves. We can watch the sunrise from North Bondi and hopefully see some whales. Followed by a guided meditation to help us tune in to ourselves and our emotions. I will then provide some journal prompts encouraging Self Love and Acceptance before heading for an option Sea Dip. The cold water is so good for the soul and it makes that coffee we will have even more worth it. Expect Mindfulness, Self Love & create new connections with like minded women all showing up for themselves. A soulful and unforgettable start to your weekend
