It also burns away impurities in the body and mind to help you get up and stay up! Joan will spend time unpacking the components of these challenging postures to help plant seeds for anyone that struggles in these poses to understand the steps needed to take flight. For those that practice inversions regularly, explore the benefits of longer holds and variations in these deep poses . We will work with props and a wall space to help you access parts of your body that need to wake up to hold these postures with a sense of balance blending effort and ease. All levels are welcome.
