Join Naked Awakening™ Facilitator Elese in a sacred space for divine feminine empowerment, authentic being, and body image acceptance.

Women of ALL ages, shapes, sizes and shades are invited to come into circle for a powerful 3-hour immersion themed 'Transforming vulnerability into courage'.
 
Vulnerability is defined as the state of being exposed, a feeling society doesn't really encourage. Yet when we embrace it and sit with it, lasting transformation takes place.
 
Taught in a safe, honouring, candle-lit space, this immersion is a celebration of our sensual, female form, and is journeyed through the art of meditation, breathwork, sharing circles, and optional nude yoga.
 
The workshop encourages women to shed what no longer serves them, and provides an opportunity for participants to unviel their beautiful bodies amongst other imperfectly-perfect women.

About the host:
 
Elese attended her first nude yoga workshop with Rosie Rees in 2018 where she experienced a deep resonance with coming into sacred circle - transforming vulnerability into courage and nude yoking with others.
 
As an Energetics Practitioner and Yoga Teacher, Elese’s purpose is to help humans connect with their whole ecosystem (physical, conscious and energetic) to heal, grow and transform. And she does that with a vibrational presence that allows people to feel safe and supported to speak their truth and confront their ‘stuff’ - to be seen and heard.
 
Elese is a Waka Waka woman, mother, daughter, and soul-sister who is passionate about being inclusive (no matter your age, shape, size, colour or gender) and helping women cultivate unapologetic authenticity and a life of sovereignty.
