Go beyond your mind and get into your body with a powerful combination of breathwork and meditation techniques that will help you access boundless life-force energy and experience naturally expanded states of awareness.
 
In these foundational breathwork and meditation workshops you will experience the power of breathwork, as well as learn take-home techniques you can apply on a daily basis to access the therapeutic benefits these breathing techniques have to offer.
 
Breathwork will move you into progressive states of relaxation where the biology of your body makes it easier to disengage from thoughts. This creates an environment that is deeply therapeutic where your body can release tension and emotions that may be holding you back from experiencing life with more joy and emotional freedom.

Most of us are more than capable of staying busy to achieve work and life goals, but if you’re not taking the time to consciously connect and relax, then eventually unresourceful behavior patterns will cause dysfunction in your body, mind and life.
 
The most foundational aspects of personal transformation is the release of physical tension, peace of mind and a sense of deep relaxation. Without these, any type of personal growth and development is more difficult as your body is not in the environment to generate change.
 
Each session is designed so you can:
 

  • create harmony in body and mind - Your nervous system is always looking for ways to self regulate and return to homeostasis. Breathwork techniques and Yoga Nidra assist this process by releasing stress and tension from your body.
  • improve your sleep and energy - Breathwork and mindfulness techniques will move you into progressive states of relaxation and brainwave states similar to those in deep sleep where the organs and systems of the body are nourished.
  • access elevated states of awareness - Your “default mode network” is responsible for ego and obsessions. With the DMN out of the way, we can break free of thoughts that determine 95 percent of our actions and experience a transcendence of time and space.
 
These workshops are designed to be accessible to people of all experience levels who want to access the healing power of their breath, and a higher level of self-awareness.
 
Although these particular sessions are not aiming to release deep trauma, you may still experience mild emotional releases, a mild altered state of consciousness and spontaneous physical movements. It’s important to remember that each individual’s experience is unique and the process will provide you with whatever it needs in that moment.
