I am delighted to be joined again by the amazing team that came together to create our first COURAGE retreat in August 2022, and our 4 retreats since: the wonderful & wise Sara-Jane Cleland & Sue Tsigaros offering Yoga, Sacred Altars, Emotional Support & Space-holding. We are so thrilled to be returning to the gorgeous Heartspace Retreat Centre in Yass. All organic food lovingly prepared by chef Angie Cowen - including local seasonal produce straight from the garden! Our retreat lands halfway between Autumn Equinox and Winter Solstice - the time when we begin to turn towards the dark - traditionally known as the Celtic festival of Samhain - a time when the veil between the worlds is said to be thinnest, similar to festivals such as the Day of the Dead in Mexico or Halloween, when we come together to honour our ancestors and all those and that which we have loved and lost.
