A BESPOKE CIRCLE FOR SPACE HOLDERS

Are you someone who holds space for others in your professional life? Do you find yourself absorbing the energies of those you tend to and would like to be able to unpack that load in a supportive and confidential container with others who are space holders too?
 
Sofia Women’s Circle is offering a Circle for practitioners, coaches, teachers, spaceholders, facilitators and guides in the Mona Vale, Northern Beaches and North Shore area who consider the work they offer to their community as one which holds space for others.
 
There are many beautiful Women’s (Sister) Circles and groups in our community, and they are open to all who would like to attend and sometimes sitting side by side with your clients can be challenging, conflicting and constrictive. Depending on the ethics and professional boundaries required by different professions and practices, being in the same group as a client can create a dilemma for you and have the potential to blur the lines for your clients as well.
 
A Circle for Space Holders is a deep acknowledgment of the dilemma and duality of being a person who holds space for others and the desire (and need) to have space held for yourself. Bespoke and purposefully crafted, this is a place for space holders, wellness practitioners and professionals to be heard and held in a supportive and confidential container. It is so important and needed, to tend to ourselves so that we are able to tend to others from an energetic cup that is protected and full.
 
A time and a space for holders to just be.

• Real and authentic connection with other space holders, in a confidential and supportive space
• A circle to be heard and held, to resource you, offer soft landings and nurture your capacity to continue to hold space for others
• A settling in to the medicine of sharing stories and the wisdom of lived experiences or simply sitting with silence if that serves you best
• A local community of space holders to foster connection, support and inspiration
• Specially crafted processes and practices for reflection, releasing and reimagining
• Gathering for two hours to sit in a divinely feminine energy

All this whilst sipping soothing natural tea in a space crafted to take a moment just for you
