Join us for a transformative event where we explore the potential of human connection and relational alchemy. Through a series of experiential exercises, we will delve into the art of embodied relating, fostering deeper connections with ourselves and others.
 
Immerse yourself in a supportive, empathetic environment where all parts of you are welcome. Using Authentic Relating games and gentle guided movement, we will feel into what it is like to be ourselves, together in this shared experience.
 
What does it feel like to be deeply present in the moment? How does it feel to be witnessed and met for who we truly are?
 
This event is open to all who are curious about exploring the aliveness of human connection. No prior Authentic Relating or movement experience is necessary; just bring your curiosity, authenticity and a willingness to explore.

Facilitator bio:
 

• Anna Bond is a skilled and empathetic space-holder. She supports you in coming home to your body, while building your capacity to hold deep and fulfilling connections with others.
• Anna’s approach is collaborative and multi-modal, having trained in multiple therapeutic disciplines, including psychotherapy, counselling, clinical hypnosis, Authentic Relating and trauma studies. Her embodied approach is informed by multiple lineages and experience as a conscious movement practitioner.
• She is passionate about Authentic Relating because it nudges her to explore her edges while connecting deeply with others. It is also her antidote to ‘small talk’. As a facilitator, Anna is wildly passionate about creating experiences that support you in finding authentic expression and meaningful connection.
