You might not know that birth trauma affects countless Australian mothers, partners, and families. Its impact can ripple through mental, physical, and emotional realms, altering the childbirth experience and the issue calls for awareness and support.
 
To help shed light on this often-overlooked reality, ignite conversations, and work towards a birth experience marked by empowerment, compassion, and recovery, Hygieia Health has been founded- a not for profit dedicated to the sacred work of birth and the impact it has on the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of women, their families, and birth workers.

To raise funds and support Mammas with better birthing choices, Hygieia Health have launched a raffle designed for birth workers and birth enthusiasts! All proceeds from this raffle will go towards raising funds to support Hygieia Health Projects and their global community.

The prize pack valued at over $1700 includes:
