With a name inspired by two of the important ingredients that go into crafting the experience behind the pop up, Cedar & Salt offers the perfect opportunity to get salty in the ocean with a refreshing dip, getting cosy in the cedar sauna either solo or with a group of friends. Cedar and Salt who first wowed Sydney wellness lovers in 2023 with Sydney’s first pop up mobile sauna by the sea have now announced that the experience is heading back to Manly on 26th and 27th April. As an experience already enjoyed by wellness lovers in the UK, NZ, Japan & Nordic Countries this is an opportunity to get your sauna fix whilst being immersed in nature ocean side. The 10-person communal traditional Finnish wood fire sauna that will be located at Q Station Manly, Wharf Precinct will be available to enjoy for 45minute sessions ($45 to book) from sunrise to sunset. Why not kick back and bask in the sauna for 15 - 20 minutes, rest for 5 - 10 mins (which may involve jumping into the sea at Quarantine Beach) and then wrap up your rejuvenation session with another 15-20 minutes in the sauna.
