Strengthen your body, quiet your mind, and find inspiration in the company of others at Bondi’s newest yoga and pilates studio- Sarana- founded by one of Bondi’s most adored yoga teachers Gina Brescianini.
 
Sanskrit for sanctuary ‘Sarana’ means a place of refuge, renewal, and protection where ancient practices meet modern movement. Through yoga, pilates and sound baths this new space inspires strength, growth, and connection with an invitation to enter your flow state and reach new levels within yourself- mind, body and soul.
 
Set amongst lush surrounds at 4 Jacques Ave Bondi Beach and next door to Banana Blossom, the new infrared yoga and Pilates studio will offer multiple class styles suitable for everyone from beginners to seasoned yogis and Pilates lovers.

Infrared hot mat Pilates- Turn up the heat with this high-energy, full-body workout powered by infrared warmth. This dynamic class blends precision, control, and core-focused movements to build strength, enhance endurance, and coordination-while soaking in the therapeutic benefits of infrared heat. Intenso Reformer Flow-  Elevate your workout a high-energy, full-body Pilates class designed to challenge your limits and ignite transformation. This dynamic practice harnesses the power of the Reformer to build strength, improve endurance, and enhance body awareness through controlled and invigorating movements. With a focus on core power, precise alignment, and functional movement, this class takes your Pilates practice to the next level-delivering a highly effective, empowering workout.
 
Signature Reformer Flow- Experience a full-body workout designed to energise and balance your entire body.
