Two nights in the Gold Coast hinterland, a massage, delicious organic meals you don't have to prepare and absolutely no pressure to check your emails. Sounds like a pretty wonderful way to spend a weekend, doesn't it? Well, Sol Cleanse and Gwinganna Lifestyle Retreat have teamed up to give you and someone special the chance to enjoy exactly that, with a wellness giveaway valued at $4,790. The prize includes a two-night Wellness Weekend for two at Gwinganna, tucked away in the beautiful Gold Coast hinterland. You'll each enjoy a 50-minute massage, along with nourishing organic meals and snacks, yoga, Qi Gong, guided hikes and access to the retreat's Spa Sanctuary. There'll also be plenty of unscheduled time to relax, explore the surroundings or simply enjoy a break from your usual routine, with Gwinganna's low-tech approach encouraging you to properly switch off. The best part? The wellness experience doesn't have to end when you head home. The winner and their guest will also receive a $500 Sol Cleanse digital gift card each, giving you both the chance to stock up on certified organic cold-pressed juices, wholefood meals, cleanse programs and wellness essentials. To enter, simply complete the giveaway form on the Sol Cleanse website, follow @solcleanse and @gwinganna on Instagram, and tag the person you'd love to take with you in the comments of Sol Cleanse's giveaway post. Entries close at 11:59pm AEST on Sunday 25 October 2026, with the winner notified by email on Monday 26 October. The competition is open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 and over, so if a couple of days of fresh air, spa treatments and some much-needed downtime sounds appealing, make sure you get your entry in before Sunday!
