Relax and Sweat it out oceanside in this outdoor sauna that’s popped up in Manly for a limited time

You only need to look around at the number of amazing bathhouses popping up around Sydney and all the fitness spaces incorporating saunas and ice baths into their offerings to see that the future of wellness involves the integration of recovery practises. But imagine being able to sit inside an traditional wood fired sauna that’s been positioned outdoors sea-side where you can not only soak up the benefits of a finnish sauna but also the serenity of sweating it out whilst gazing at the ocean.

Cedar and Salt are bringing something already enjoyed by wellness lovers in the UK, NZ, Japan & Nordic Countries to Sydneysiders- the opportunity to get your sauna fix whilst being immersed in nature ocean side with Sydney’s first mobile sauna by the sea in Manly open now until the 28^th April.
 
The 10-person communal traditional finnish wood fire sauna is located Q Station Manly, Wharf Precinct is available to enjoy for 45minute sessions ($35 to book) on weekdays from 8:15am to sunset and from Sunrise to Sunset on weekends. Why not kick back and bask in the sauna for 15 - 20 minutes, rest for 5 - 10 mins (which may involve jumping into the sea at Quarantine Beach) and then wrap up your rejuvenation session with another 15-20 minutes in the sauna.
