Spring has officially arrived, which means home gyms are getting dusted off, outdoor spaces are getting some attention and those home wellness upgrades you’ve been contemplating suddenly seem front of mind.
If a sauna happens to be one of them, you might want to hold off on pulling out the credit card.
BlockBlueLight and Nook Saunas have teamed up for their Ultimate Health Giveaway, with one person set to win an infrared sauna and full-body red light therapy panel worth a combined $9,699.95.
The prize includes a Nook Core 2-Person Infrared Sauna, valued at $4,200, alongside BlockBlueLight's PowerPanel ELITE XL, valued at $5,499.95. Delivery and professional installation are included for the winner too.
The Nook sauna is built from Canadian Hemlock and fitted with six ultra-low EMF carbon far-infrared heaters, with temperatures ranging from 45°C to 65°C. It plugs into a standard household power point and even has Bluetooth audio built in.
Then there's the red light.
BlockBlueLight's ELITE XL is a full-body panel featuring 720 dual-chip LEDs and seven wavelengths of red and near-infrared light, with independent wavelength controls, four presets and adjustable pulsing. The device is also ARTG listed in Australia.
Together, you're looking at a pretty impressive home recovery setup without having to leave the house, although you will need to find somewhere to put the sauna. Nook says it requires a footprint of approximately 1.2m x 1.1m and access to a standard power point.
Entry is completely free, with no purchase required, and the competition is open worldwide to entrants aged 18 and over, excluding jurisdictions where the promotion is unlawful. There are also additional actions available to earn more entries.
Entries close at 11:59pm AEST on October 1, 2026, with the winner drawn on October 2.
So, if your dream home wellness setup involves both a sauna and a wall-sized red light panel, this might be one giveaway worth getting your name into.
