A new wellness club is open in Drummoyne

U Wellness Club has opened its doors this week in Drummoyne, a holistic space focussing on both wellness and strength training.  

The wellness space includes a three services to help recover, detox and rejuvenate, including a cryotherapy chamber, Infrared sauna and hyperbaric chamber. The studio offers health and training protocols for individuals including one-on-one Reformer Pilates, personal training, nutritional advice, monthly in-body scans and accountability services. 

U Wellness Club is located at 203 Victoria Road, Drummoyne, with personal training open from 5am – 7pm and the wellness centre open from 7am-7pm daily.
