From art therapy to sound journeys, we’re witnessing a growth in a diverse range of mindfulness experiences with proven effects on the mind and body to boost well-being and enhance our health and happiness, and now a 14 time internationally award-winning immersive sound production is heading to Sydney.

Influenced by the fusion of ancient sound healing traditions and the world of the classical string orchestra,  En Coda is a therapeutic, immersive musical and sensory experience set to be popping up in the city of Sydney for one show only, where you can take part in a world first sound healing experience – The 432hz Sound Healing Orchestra.
 
Being held at the iconic Art Gallery of NSW on October 22 at 6pm, the En Coda event will be a unique and immersive musical, meditative and sensory journey, performed by fourteen string players, three of Western Australia’s Top Sound Healers featuring two lead vocalists and a unique crystal didjeridu artist. 
 
The En Coda Film is featured on SBS Australia Wide and is a 14 time internationally award-winning film, and this incredible ‘first of its kind’ Sound Healing Symphony Orchestra in 432hz work has been used by psychotherapists in the UK for treating stress, anxiety and overall wellbeing, who reported that this was the best therapeutic tool to date with 100% cut through. 'I was completely transformed, and it lasted for days' - participant.
